Can I get a refund or release my spot?

Yes — before payment. Since nothing is charged until we confirm with you, you can release your reservation any time before payment, no questions asked. Once payment is confirmed, though, the order is final (all sales final) — the only exception is a free replacement if your unit arrives damaged.
