What's your refund policy? expand_more

All sales are final once payment is confirmed — we don't offer cancellations or refunds after that point, so please review your reservation carefully. The one exception is a damaged unit: if yours arrives damaged, email support@dzbotics.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging plus your order number, and we'll send a free replacement after the damaged unit is returned (return shipping is covered by you). How often are firmware updates required? expand_more

Nameless is fully offline, so updates aren't pushed automatically. Firmware updates are released periodically to improve performance and responsiveness, and can be applied manually over USB whenever you choose.

How does Nameless get power? expand_more

Nameless is powered via USB-C (1 Amp). It's designed as a desk companion and stays plugged in during normal use.No Battery.

Can you turn off the LED? expand_more

Yes, you can turn off the LED through the companion app or via a physical button depending on the unit configuration.

Does it require batteries? expand_more

No. Nameless is powered via USB-C and does not use or require any batteries.

How many touch sensors does it have? expand_more

Nameless has 3 touch sensors.
